the BEING session is for those who are reigniting the wild wolf within, the intuitive creature, who are beginning to reclaim & remember their stories & are seeking a guided ritual container to deepen further into the elemental & somatic. together, we will work closely with an element you are most drawn to, expanding & enriching an already existing ancestral relationship through a decolonial lens.

the BELONGING session is for the shapeshifters, the medicine weavers, the fire tenders, tangled & matted with brine and burr, those whose bodies blur between skin & fur. in the belonging session we will go deeply into land-based ritual, working alongside multiple elements, immersing in water, mud, ash, stone, the unseen & unknown. we will harmonize, our hum, our hiss, our howl resonating across deep-time, the voices of our well & wise bubbling up through our tongues.

  • We will connect and begin planning your personalized sacred session. considering place, time, colours (props, lingerie, flora)

  • If you are feeling some anxiety about moving in front of the camera I recommend practicing intuitive movement. This can be either in front of a mirror, out in nature, in your kitchen, with or without music… there is no wrong way to do it! Don’t worry about how it looks, rather, acknowledge how it FEELS.

  • Honour where you are at. I am here to hold space with you. I’d love to know your concerns so I can support you in going deeper into our ritual & getting the most out of your session

  • We will be in creative ceremony together. I will be bringing the knowledges I have received of decolonial Celtic ancestral and intuitive practices. If you feel called to bring the medicine of your ancestors as well we will spend as much time as is needed honouring what is being shared

  • We will make an offering to the ancestors of the lands we are occupying and to our own well and wise ones

  • We will share where we are at in the present moment and ground into our feelings and dreams

  • We will collaborate with Earth and each other to weave spirit and story, alchemizing all we are into images
